Services: Website redesign, Web design
Our website redesign service helps Dubai businesses replace an outdated site with one that is clearer, faster and easier to use, while carefully keeping the content, links and search visibility you have already built.
What this covers
A redesign is not a blank page. Your current website has history: pages that appear in search, links from other sites, forms your team relies on and content customers already know. A good redesign keeps those assets, fixes what is holding the site back and makes changes that can be measured afterwards.
We begin with an audit of the existing site, covering analytics, search performance, page speed, mobile usability and how enquiries currently arrive. That tells us which pages to protect, which to improve and which to retire, and where visitors are currently getting stuck. The new design and structure then follow from evidence, rather than from a wish for something that simply looks newer.
Not sure whether you need a full redesign or a few targeted fixes? Our article on when to redesign your website covers the signs to look for, and our portfolio includes a redesign concept that shows the kind of changes we make.
Most redesigns start with a feeling that the website no longer reflects the business. It helps to be specific about the problem, because each one points to a different kind of fix and a different scope of work.
New services, new sectors or a rebrand have left the site describing a company that no longer exists, and adding pages piecemeal has made it inconsistent.
Small text, cramped buttons, menus that do not work well on touch screens, or forms that are frustrating to complete on a mobile device.
A heavy theme, oversized images and years of accumulated plugins or scripts make the site sluggish, particularly for visitors on mobile connections.
Traffic comes in but few people make contact, often because the next step is unclear, the form is too long or the reassurance visitors look for is missing.
Simple text changes need a developer, the content management system is outdated, or nobody on the current team knows how the site was originally built.
The CMS, theme or plugins have stopped receiving updates, leaving the site exposed to security issues and increasingly difficult to maintain or extend.
A redesign is the right moment to fix speed and the path to an enquiry, because both are hard to retrofit. We record current figures before we start, so improvements can be compared rather than assumed. Our guide to a website that generates enquiries explains the principles.
We note current page speed, Core Web Vitals, and key traffic and enquiry figures from your analytics, so the redesigned site can be compared fairly with the old one.
Removing unused scripts, heavy sliders and oversized media, and rebuilding on a leaner setup, usually makes the clearest difference to how quickly pages load.
Each page gets one obvious next step, placed where visitors make their decision, with supporting contact options such as phone, email or WhatsApp close by.
We remove fields you never use, make the next step clear on the confirmation message, and make sure every form reaches the right inbox or CRM once the new site is live.
Real project photos, clear process explanations, credentials that can be verified and genuine client feedback, placed near decision points instead of hidden on an about page.
Over time, websites collect duplicate pages, outdated news and services buried deep in the menu. We review every page, decide what stays, merges, improves or goes, and plan exactly how content moves to the new site.
A spreadsheet of every existing page with its traffic, search visibility, inbound links and purpose, which becomes the basis for each keep, merge or remove decision.
A revised sitemap that groups services logically and removes dead ends, shaped around what customers look for rather than how the business is organised internally.
Thin or overlapping pages are combined into stronger ones, and key pages are restructured with clearer headings and answers to common questions, with final wording approved by you.
If the redesign includes a move, for example to WordPress or a custom build, we plan how pages, posts, media and forms transfer and what has to be rebuilt.
A staging site for review, a go-live checklist and a planned switchover that keeps your domain, email and integrations working, followed by checks once the new site is live.
A redesign can cost search visibility if URLs change without a plan. Nobody can promise rankings, but we can protect what you have already earned by mapping every important URL and handling the technical move carefully.
Each old URL is matched to its most relevant new page in a mapping document you can review, with particular attention to pages that other websites link to.
Permanent 301 redirects from old addresses to their new equivalents, avoiding redirect chains and blanket redirects to the homepage, which tend to lose the value of old links.
Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text and structured data are carried across or improved, rather than lost during the rebuild.
A new XML sitemap submitted in Google Search Console, with crawl errors and indexing monitored after launch so that any problems are spotted and fixed early.
We crawl the live site after launch to confirm redirects work, important pages return no errors and your analytics is still recording enquiries correctly.

Redesign quotes depend on how much of the current site carries over and how much changes. A first look at your existing website lets us scope the work accurately before we send a proposal.

Ask a QuestionIf the main problems are a few outdated pages, small design inconsistencies or slow images, targeted updates may be enough. A redesign makes more sense when the structure no longer fits your services, the site is hard to use on a phone, the platform is outdated or difficult to edit, or the design no longer reflects the business. We can look at your site and give you an honest view of which applies.
Any significant change carries some risk, and no one can promise how rankings will move. The main danger is changing URLs or removing content without a plan. We reduce that risk by mapping old URLs to new ones, setting up 301 redirects, carrying over page titles and content that already performs well, and monitoring Google Search Console after launch so issues are caught early.
A 301 redirect permanently sends visitors and search engines from an old web address to a new one. Without redirects, anyone following an old link, bookmark or search result lands on an error page, and much of the value of links pointing to that page is lost. Redirecting each old URL to its closest new equivalent keeps that path intact.
Yes, and often you should. Content that already attracts visitors or explains your services well is worth keeping, sometimes with improved structure and headings. During the content audit we mark each page to keep, improve, merge or remove, and agree that list with you before migration starts. Anything you are unsure about can be reviewed together against your analytics.
Yes. If your current platform still suits you, such as a well-maintained WordPress site, we can redesign the theme and templates while keeping the system your team already knows. If the platform itself is causing problems, such as an unsupported page builder or a site nobody can update, we will explain the case for moving and what the migration would involve.
It should not be. Your current site stays live while we build the new one in a private staging environment, where you review and approve it. When everything is ready, we switch over at a planned time, with redirects, domain settings and email records checked, so visitors move from the old site to the new one with as little disruption as possible.
It helps a great deal. Analytics shows which pages people use and where enquiries come from, and Google Search Console shows which pages appear in search and for which queries. With that data we can protect your best-performing pages and base decisions on evidence. If tracking was never set up, we work from a crawl of the site and set tracking up properly on the new one.
